Simply fill out the Contact Us form on our website with your trip details—starting point, destination, and dates—and we’ll provide a mileage-based quote for your transport.
Your vehicle remains covered by your personal insurance during transport. It is important to check that your policy covers additional designated drivers for cross-border trips if applicable. CarGoThenWeGo itself is insured for business operations, but drivers are not individually insured by us.
Yes, you are welcome to fill the trunk of your car with personal belongings during transport. If the vehicle is crossing the border, an ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) manifest must be completed. This is a great way to save money by transporting items like golf clubs, avoiding extra airline baggage fees. Please note, however, that while we allow items in the trunk, the driver is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings during transport.
We recommend booking your vehicle transport at least one month in advance to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on driver availability, so feel free to reach out even if you have short notice.
